I purchased bonds. Why aren't they in my Worthy account yet?

Bond purchases and redemptions typically take five business days to fully settle. When you initiate a bond purchase, the transaction will be listed as "pending" for several business days before updating to "processed." This turnaround time is determined by Dwolla, our third-party payment provider, and cannot be expedited.

If you're concerned that your bonds aren't showing in your balance and would like a more detailed update, please contact our customer service team. We'll be happy to check on the status of your purchase.
