Effective April 1st, the bonds offered by our subsidiary bond issuing entities will earn an increased interest rate of 5.5% (effective 5.73% APY due to our daily interest compounding). This interest rate boost will apply to all outstanding bonds held in all offerings - so those in Worthy Property Bonds, Worthy Community Bonds, Worthy Peer Capital Il and Worthy Peer Capital. This rate boost will take effect automatically, so you don’t need to do anything to take advantage of this awesome new rate. Any and all bonds held in your Worthy portfolios will begin earning this higher interest rate beginning on April 1st.

And remember... one of the benefits of private corporate bonds like Worthy's that are not publicly traded, is they are not subject to the volatility of the stock market so a 5.5% return while investing with purpose into our communities is a double-win!
