We do not monitor or approve anyone for that status - our obligation is to disclose the requirements and it is up to each customer to manage their investments accordingly. As referenced elsewhere, while there are no limitations on investment for accredited investments, unaccredited investors are limited to purchasing up to 10% of their annual income or net worth, whichever is greater.
