If you're notified of an unusual login, first check to ensure that you don't recognize the device or location associated with that login. If you're concerned that the geolocation isn't quite right, or you received the notification while you were inactive on your account, we encourage you to reach out to us to investigate.

Your best defense against unauthorized account activity is to contact the Worthy support team, either via the in-app chat module or by email at support@worthy.us. We can easily and efficiently check on all angles of your account that may be affected, such as your personal information, banking information and transactions, and have a window of time wherein we can reverse that activity.

Changing your password is also an effective way to stop unauthorized activity in its tracks until you hear back from us.
