Sometimes our 3rd party service provider, Plaid, is unable to retrieve transactions you made on your linked monitoring account. This could be for a variety of reasons including your bank temporarily blocking Plaid from accessing your financial data or your bank implementing a new onboarding process. If the problem persists, you can reach out to our customer service l to gain more insight.
